About Sabrina Brooks

I turn complex operations into practical AI systems people can actually use.

My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy, workflow design, business transformation, and product execution.

I diagnose where work slows down, where decisions depend on one person, and where technology has been added without creating a real system. Then I turn that operating knowledge into workflows, decision rules, accountable AI systems, and products people can use.

That approach is grounded in more than fifteen years as a licensed public adjuster handling complex property damage documentation, estimating, negotiation, and advocacy. The work demanded careful investigation, defensible evidence, coordination across competing interests, and clear decisions under pressure.

Experience built under pressure. Applied to AI.

The industries are different. The operating discipline transfers: investigate the real conditions, structure what matters, test the reasoning, and build toward a defensible result.

Operating foundation

Licensed public adjuster

  • Investigate ambiguous conditions until the facts hold up.
  • Build documentation and estimates that survive adversarial review.
  • Negotiate outcomes with parties who disagree with your reading.
  • Coordinate owners, contractors and carriers toward one decision.

Current application

AI strategy and transformation

  • Diagnose where a business actually loses time before naming a tool.
  • Turn operating knowledge into workflows, decision rules and evaluations.
  • Set out what AI may decide and what stays with a named person.
  • Ship a working system, prototype or product rather than a deck.

How I work

Four rules I do not bend

01

Investigate before prescribing

The first job is understanding the work as it is actually done, including the parts nobody documents. A recommendation made before that is a guess with formatting.

02

Translate complexity

Operations carry judgement that lives in people's heads. My work is making that explicit enough for a system to carry some of it, and clear enough for the team to trust it.

03

Preserve human accountability

Automation should narrow what a person has to handle, not blur who is answerable. Every workflow I design names where a human decides and signs.

04

Build toward usable outcomes

Strategy that never reaches an interface is unfinished. I work through to something people can open, use and argue with.
