Salon booking system built for the Lovable x Contra small business challenge.

Problem: The brief: turn a customer's "can I book with you?" into "you're booked" with as little effort from the owner as possible. For a fictional solo salon in Media, PA, new clients booked by DM and picked the wrong service, so a quick color became a four-hour correction that wrecked the stylist's day.
What I built: ChairReady moves the consultation before the booking. Clients preview a look on their own selfie, get matched to the right service and time block, and book themselves into a live GoHighLevel calendar. The salon's back office lives on the same build, with reminders and follow-up handled for the owner. Delivered with a demo video and a process walkthrough, narrated in my cloned voice.
Reflection: I had under 30 hours. When I mapped the build with Claude, it told me this would take a week. I built it overnight with Lovable, inside a single 200-credit plan, and connected it to a live GoHighLevel calendar so a booking actually books. The real fix wasn't the selfie preview. It was moving the consultation in front of the calendar, because that's where the wrong-service bookings started. Thank you to Kaila Love (VC Inc) and Justin Burns (Blueprint Builder). That same week, I was approved as a Lovable partner.
