- Problem
- Carriers collect property information at application, inspect selectively, talk about prevention separately, and then rebuild the whole story again after a loss. The record that would have answered the claim was never kept alive.
- What I built
- One living property record that follows a home from quote through claim. Underwriters see current risk, customers are rewarded for prevention, claim handlers inherit the evidence already on file, and recovery teams keep subrogation opportunities before the evidence disappears. Built from fifteen years of frontline property claims experience.
